Excuse the rant, but I am wondering,,
Has anyone else been f--ked over by Yahoo billing? Have you found them impossible to reach? Are you also unwilling to call their toll charge customer help line and remain on hold for 3 hours at your expense. I say F--K Yahoo and do it now. I simply called my bank and told them all Yahoo charges are unauthorized, and they may take legal action if they desire. The Yea-Hoos at Yahoo billed me up front for one full year of services. Who's ass did they pull that one out of?? What little luck I have had contacting their online helpers has lead to 'prefabricated' help messages. Let me guess, all of their customer service has now gone to the land of Dot Heads, and Smapti Al-Douchebrain just presses some button labled 'Stock answer #1 to dis-satisfied customer', and when I bitch again, they just press 'Stock answer #2'. I can remember as a C.P.O. having the ability to collar assholes and f--kups, and assign to them nifty unpleasantness. What I wouldn't give for the correct Lattitude/Longitude assignment of Yahoo's home so I could tape a letter of dis-satisfaction to the side of a Tomahawk missle, and get my message through to them in a direct manner. Sorry folks, Don't get me started on Radio Shack, who's moto now is "You got questions? We got blank stares!, But we do sell cellphones!" B.F.D.!! If you need a Radio Shack answer, consult your Tarrot Card reader, they would be likely more accurate!! |
