Huge liability costs these days can be due to environmental remediation
(i.e. cleaning up fuel spills or required recovery of your vessel should it sink). BUT - boat policies from some insuance companies now come with clauses that say that environmental damage claims are NOT covered. Bottom line - read the fine print before sending in your check to the insurance company. |
