I am really curious to what happened in Harry's life that he has to make up
Lobster Boats, and imaginary wives to make up for his feelings of
inadequacy. I would give 10 to 1 odds that his father was very demanding
and Harry could never live up to his expectations.

I would also guess that Harry's lies and fantasy world extend beyond
rec.boats

Don't forget the Hatteras he told us he owned. He posted a picture of it
but someone figured out it was a picture he swiped off the internet.
When challenged he told us he suddenly sold it.

He has always spoken positively of his father but says little or nothing
about his mother. Observing over a period of some years now that he
cannot get along with a single female in this NG, coupled with the fact
that his first marriage ended in divorce and estrangement from his
children (an indication of how he treated their mother), I'd pontificate
that his problems stem more from his mother. The present "wife" he
speaks so highly of may be nothing more than a vain attempt to make
himself look as if he can maintain a relationship with a women.

Of all the personal information he has spouted here for people to gobble
up and believe over the years, the most salient is what he omits.
