I would have to disagree with you, in my dealing with Harry Krause, I am
acting much worse than the average politician. I am acting like Harry
Krause, which seems to be the only way to respond to his personal attacks on
everyone who disagree with him.

I might be acting as nasty as he is, but my portrayal of him as someone who
is so insecure that he has to call everyone names, has to make up an
imaginary boat and wife, is right on the money.

me is a psychiatrist. He comes over for lunch sometimes, and he's gone
fishing with me. He sometimes calls himself and other psychiatrists
"therapists". It refers to whatever practitioner is doing the therapy,
whether it be a psychiatrist, a psychologist or a social worker. Psych
literature often uses "therapist" as a general term to cover all three
practitioners, because a client may end up seeing any of the three types.
When my ex-wife and I were looking for a marriage counselor, we asked
friends for recommendations. Among the list we came up with were all three
types of therapists.

call themselves computer techs? Or are you suggesting that Ms. Krause
completed medical school but could not get a job as a psychiatrist, so
decided to become a therapist?

You can agree with Harry's politics without being blinded to the obvious.
Harry is a mean sported, insecure person, who's only source of enjoyment is
to make personal attacks on anyone he disagrees with. His insecurity is so
severe that he has to make up stories about his boats, his wife and his
life. If Harry was just an insecure individual I would not care, it is
constant hate filled messages towards most people in this NG that offends
me. It seems that the only way to quiet him down is highlight the lies he
uses to compensate for his self perceived inadequacies.

When people ask me what I do, I tell them I'm the sales manager for a large
grocery distributor. I do not tell them I have a degree in journalism. When
my friends were asked what they did, their answer described the jobs they
were doing at the time, because that's what they were asked. On the other
hand, their engineering degrees became relevant when they were job hunting
or if a discussion went further and delved into "what did you go to school
for?".

Let's give you another example. A man who understands the subtle nature of
language may describe himself as a construction worker if the bulk of his
work is with commercial jobs, like office & apartment buildings. He may, in
fact, be a carpenter who specializes in fancy trim work for slick offices
that some lawyers have, but to people outside of the construction business,
"carpenter" may mean a guy who works mostly residential jobs. So, he is, in
fact, both a carpenter and construction worker, but choose to use the term
that most accurately describes the actual work he does. Get it?

Same with a psychiatrist. Many people think a psychiatrist only deals with
the craziest of the crazies, especially the ones who eventually need meds as
part of their treatment. In fact, many psychiatrists deal quite a bit with
ho-hum boring cases, just like psychologists & social workers - patients who
think their lives are a mess because they once got locked in a room with a
hornet.

My writing might not be much, but my message of your being an insecure
person whose only enjoyment is to make personal attacks on the majority of
people who post here is right on the money.

I ran a search of all doctors who belong to the AMA and did not find one
female doctor with the last name Krause in Maryland. Is your wife not a
member of the AMA or does she practice in another state beside Maryland.

Methinks you are wasting your time with Smith here, who seems fairly
dense and rigid. That is, unless you enjoy sticking a pot fork into a
roasting pig. Smith is all hung up on titles, status of titles, and
pecking orders. If he has a job at all, he's probably the third
assistant branch manager of a Household Finance loan office.

He's on my ignore list now; his posts are totally devoid of content.
And, of course, he's not much of a writer.

I checked with the AMA, they have no female doctor with the last name Krause
in the state of Maryland. Krause is an insecure, hate filled individual, he
might agree with your political leaning, but he is still a hate filled
individual whose only source of enjoyment is to make up elaborate lies that
