Isn't that supposed to be "Fo"?
************ Not according to right wing apologist Herring and somebody else up the thread. They claim that the joke is simply about in individual speech impediment, (one you believe is also shared by Jesse Jackson). :-) |

I don't, as a matter of fact, much of either Tyson or Jesse. On the other hand, I hold Mohammed Ali and Bill Cosby in the highest regard. Does that somehow show me to be racist? Or apologist? I'd expect such crap from Krause or basskisser. Edit: insert 'think' before 'much of either..." thanks -- John H "All decisions are the result of binary thinking." |

So, is it supposed to be funny because we're laughing at the ethnic
speech, or because we're laughing at a physical disability? |

I think now we're laughing at you, Chuck. Your attitude is pretty
extreme here. But hey, if you feel a *need* to join the name-calling club, jump right in. -- John H ******** I certainly touched a raw nerve with my opinion that the joke about Tyson and a follow-up comment that "I thought fe-fi-fo was how Jesse Jackson spoke" were racist. Wonder why my opinion p'd a couple of people off *so* badly? |

Wonder why my opinion p'd a couple of people off *so* badly? Rule #1. After being caught trying to defend a ridiculous statement/opinion, but unable to do so any longer, start attacking the other side to deflect the criticism. Spin away oh great Spinmeister. |
