Even if he finds nothing seriously wrong, it's good to have another pair of eyes look things over for small things you might not notice. People sometimes get wrapped up in the emotions surrounding a boat, house or car, and totally overlook features or conditions that will be major annoyances later. For instance, there's an iron pipe in my basement, the trap for the bathroom drains. It's exactly 6'1" from the floor. I'm 6'2". Not funny. Yes it is. |
