Default Adding flotation styrofoam for ALUMINUM boat?

Then you are out of luck.

What you could do, is use the mixable type of foam and put a little
here and a little there - any spare space you have, put foam there.

Personally, I think it's a bad idea not to have foam in the hull.
However, it's your decision.

I dont see the need for styrofoam on any boat. It keeps them from
coming on plane.

Floatation low in the hull will make it float upside down, I suppose you
could tow an inflatable.
