That's because I am an empty nester though. Bought the house new 15 years ago. Wasn't planning for the 2 kids to grow up that soon. When I retire, I'll move to a smaller house with an outbuilding for the woodshop that has taken over the basement. Tell me about it. :) But a 95' boat is really way out of the question. Who on earth would buy such a thing? People who can afford to take 400 of their closest friends out for a day of cruising and boozing. Later, Tom |
