you, I thought you might have drowned or something.

For the humor impaired, "Workin' Man's Yacht" titling this thread
should give you a clear idea that I'm being sarcastic. Surely you can
appreciate sarcasm, right?

But goodie, goodie. I've been saving up a number of boat reviews until
somebody who really enjoys reading them showed up- and here you are.

So your sad Krause lie for the day is from the "bride" series. Just
like the "father" lies this is sad because it shows how desperate he is
to be noticed & seeing he knows he won't be by his own life as a union
organiser, he tries for glory by made up family "associations".

Needless to say it confirms how totally amoral the lying grub is &
what low respect he has for his family.

Apparently the wife is actually a social worker & certainly an
honourable profession which most would be proud of but no; our non
boating liar mate has to lie.

You commonly see boats in this category with 36-foot, twin diesel
*tenders*! The average boater would be happy with the tender.

I think the whole concept of a $5mm yacht is pretty absurd- but then
again it would take a net worth of probably $25-30mm to begin to
justify tieing that kind of money up in a boat and that will always be
absurd to me, in this lifetime anyway.

(I'll admit that if I could afford a $5mm boat, and I can't begin to, I
would probably have a different perspective and find it a reasonable
proposition).

More absurd yet has to be puching a 95-footer at 27knots. I wonder how
many gallons per minute that has to consume?

95-feet isn't a boat, it's a business.

Kind of fun to go fast in a big boat. Took the Fast Ferry boat from
Barcelona to Majorca in 2001. 97 meters not feet and did 47 knots. And
the boat carries 300 cars and a few semi's amd 800 passengers at that speed.
.. . in comfort. Had to slow to about 40 returning as there were some 10'
seas about. Jetdrive and 38,000 HP!
