So.....because you've done it in CA, you know all about the process in Canada, and are positive it's exactly the same? Funny, it isn't even the same between states, let alone countries. How many boat HAVE you titled in Canada? By the way, in GA, the boat is registered through the DNR. |

If you dont have the signed (by the owner) boat license then you can forget it. You do NOT own this boat. Get yout money back if he doesnt give then go through a small claims court. Matt |
