I plan to purchase a 2000-2003 Carver 396 this summer. I am looking for
a marine surveyor who is familiar with the 396 and one that will do a
good survey for me. Any suggestions? I prefer a surveyor that is in the
middle to upper Chesapeake Bay area.

I just used Bert Shaffner out of Owings, MD. He did well by me and was

I can do it. And if you are in the bay area, you can come over and see
