I'm about to hook up the "domestic" Hot-water from my new engine (ie use the engine's cooling water to heat the domestic water). I'm using the same hookup as for the old engine, but there are two hoses - does it matter which way the water goes? (ie is there a distinct "inlet" and "outlet") Yes! Cold water comes in at the bottom and hot water comes out at the top. Getting it backwards can destroy the heating element (which you'll prob'ly want to use at the dock instead of running the engine).
