You are very close :-) My Exit is the 173 ga exit for Lavoina Ga. We are
on the Ga side in Gumlog Creek. One can see Tugaloo State Park across
the cove from my Dock. I am not real familiar with the lake yet as we
just got the place last year. Lake Lanier being our former boating
grounds since it is close to the my house. But we had been camping out
at Hart state park a few times and decided we would like to make
Hartwell our boating lake if we could finds a little weekend place.

The place in Lavoina was in poor shape and I have spent just about every
weekend working on it so the wife will not mind going there. There were
flying squirrels getting in between the the ceiling and the roof, But I
think I trapped them all now.

I have a little fishing boat in use right now in use with a 71 7.5 merc.
And will hopefully put our little cuddy cabin in at the end of this
month. Then I need to find that T60 Grill everyone say is so good :-)

Well if that old Merc ever needs help - look me up. It's what I do.

T-60 opens this weekend allegedly.

There's a park / campground kind of on a point across from it. It's quite
near the T-60 buey.

If you get really lost looking for it you can call my cell ^ ) # - #
& ) - ) ^ $ ( and I'll meet you at the T-60 buey and buy you a beer at the
restaurant.

I plan on being out on the boat most of the weekend. Supposed to be clear
and low - 80's

I will have to miss the opening as my youngest is having a b-day party
and it is keeping me from visiting the lake this weekend. I know I will
be out next weekend, not sure if I will get on the water or not.

This weekend on the lake does look good. Have a good time :-)

I will look you up if I need work done on the 7.5. I had new coils and a
stator put on it a couple of years ago. So it runs pretty good. We will
have to hook up at the T60 regardless :-)

Enjoy the weekend and drop me a email if you like.
