I've been thinking the same thing -- an October announcement of OBL's
capture. It fits with the strategy they used in the 2002 elections. They
were beating the hell out of the war drums saying an attack from Saddam was
imminent in October 2002. Consequently, the people running in House and
Senate elections could not focus on real issues.
