After dealing with Geico insurance years ago, I would never have them as my
carrier. The other person carried Geico. And he ran into me while I was
stopped makeing a left turn. 100% his fault.

I had someone hit me from the rear. Geico was my insurance company, they
told me to have it repaired and they would recoup the money from the other
guys insurance. They other guy had $25,000 insurance and he hit 3 cars. My
guess is the other guy said it was your fault, like anyone would ever lie.

This was even after the court ruled he should have been charged with
reckless driving instead of assured distance violation (following to close).
Funny thing, is he originally told the cop I pulled out in front of him. He
then changed the story to I did not signal after he found out he hit me in
the rear end, and not the front.
