Have you been every effective in getting ISP to mediate in NG flame wars? I
thought they normally washed their hands of such silliness. Or is this
"double secret reverse psychology", where by telling Don to check his email
(like Don needs to be told to check his email), you can intimidate people
into thinking ISP give a rat's ass about NG squabbles.
