Default utah white water advice?

Heading to Utah for some spring warmth in mid April. Hope to do some
white water boating between Peoa, (just outside of Park City on the
Weber), and Moab. Online research has pointed to both the Colorado and
Green river dailys and the Weber. Last year did a great flat water run
on the Green with the kids through Labyrinth canyon. This year an
adult trip with playboats.
I wonder if that river that runs through Price goes and at what levels
and difficulty. Tried to get a guide book from Amazon, delivery date
kept getting pushed back to the point where it wouldn't get here until
way after the trip, (on an aside I did find Walt Dischner's "Travels
with Kayak" there.)
Two boaters: OC1, one a second year boater w/o a reliable roll who is
willing to shuttle bunny stuff over class III- if the scenery is good.
I'm ok but get a little sketched running anything over III+ solo.
So I'm looking for suggestions: rivers, putins where it's likely to be
able to hook up with other boaters, boating shops where I might find a
guide book, killer camping spots, great eats and bars, etc.
thanks in advance

Dave,

The Moab Daily is just about right for the skills, group size, and other
factors that you mention. Scenic, campable, interesting but not too
difficult for a small group.

The main section with interesting class II/III- rapids is Hittle Bottom
to below Whites Rapid, river miles about 88 to 74. For scenic class
I-II extensions, consider upstream to Dewey Bridge Campground RM 94.5,
and downstream to Big Bend or Oak Grove Campground RM ~71.

There are many BLM drive-in camp sites throughout the canyon. The
typical fee is $10 per night. With the yellow BLM quadrangles or other
maps, you can get out of the river corridor and away from most of the RV
action, into dispersed camping territory. Try up the Onion Creek road a
ways. Fisher Towers is a short scenic side hike worth a visit.
