Lighten up on ol' JimH. If this is the excuse he needs to modify his
own behavior, who cares?

It is amazing how the tone of the group can change when a handful of
people decide to modify behavior for better or for worse.

Jim's motivation may seem odd, but his efforts for 2-3 days now are
commendable. They say it takes 21 days to kick a habit, so if the more
civil tone prevails for another 16-18 there will be some chance of
permanent change.

So I can't call any names for 21 days before the urge is gone? Sounds like
a
rough three weeks!

I wonder why Chuck saw my motivation as odd. It should be perfectly
clear....to have a better NG.

Now if we could only get a buy in from Don, Chuck, bb, Krause, jps, Doug
Kanter and dsk....I wonder if that is possible?

BTW: I guess I will be totally *cured* on March 24th. Perhaps I should
start using the patch to help me out until then. ;-)

The greatest way to stop the name-calling urge is to killfile those who deserve
the names!
