I have friends who are still trying to give up smoking and they've been trying for years. I smoked cigarettes for years, at least 20. I quit three and a half years ago, haven't had one since. The strangest thing is, cigarette smoke, as well as the people who smoke, smell terrible to me, yet I STILL, after smelling that awful smell, sometimes get a craving. |
