Another "jps prediction". And I believe the word you looking for was
plurality. Bill Clinton never won the "majority" of votes either. In fact,
in 1992 he only received 43% of the vote. In 1996, running against a decent
man, but a terrible politician, Clinton got only 46% of the vote. At least
Bush was near 50% in his first election win.

I expect Bush to get 51-52% of the vote in November.

19% of the popular vote and that three of the four "less than 50%
victories" were Republican victories?

If the Democrats weren't so ****ing concerned about playing mini-me
