I always enjoy you union folks defending your union.
Like krause,, a fine specimen, no integrity, unbelievable liar, nut bar in his own mind. But the damage he has done to the industries, jobs, future for the working man is unknown to hit type. Their defense is always something like,,,,, "14 year old kids going to work without shoes" "working 50 or 60 hour work weeks" "flipping cheeseburgers" Unless you really visit the industry in other countries, the work force, the people, you cannot blame the people who want to work and are proud to work. You union slobs have this attitude that you are worth so much, or worth more than you are being paid, and then you perform your work to reflect that ratio, meaning you produce less quality than 100%,,,, and you are over paid, forcing inflation or the CPI costs of products for all consumers (non union included) to pay way too much. Good example, I had a suit cut for me here in the west when a fried died, cost me over a thousand dollars, doesn't fit as I would like it, looks off the shelf, like krause buys them. But I have suits made in the east, cost about 30 bucks, better material, better stitching, better fit, better looking, more durable and more practical, just far better work. You union slobs like krause ruined it for the working man in America, you ruined it for business, owners, builders, workers, you blaming it on the kids or other cultures wanting to go to work, having to go to work doesn't make what you did right,, maybe in your own mind but you are the one to blame. "Marshall Banana" wrote in message ... Also Sprach basskisser : You should quit your job immediately if you don't like unions. You could go work somewhere else for less money than you are worth. Actually, my average annual raise has gone down since we unionized. Before, raises were at management's discretion, and performance was rewarded while slackers didn't get an extra dime. Now, the union contract has a minimum and maximum annual raise, so the slackers get their guaranteed 1.5% while people who bust their ass are capped at 4%. As far as getting paid what I am worth, unionizing has forced me to make some career decisions. My particular line of work is rather specialized an only done by a handfull of companies around the world, so leaving to work somewhere else is not really an option. I had hoped to stay within a technical expert career track, but since I can make twice the salary by taking a management track, it has become a preferred option. Prior to our workplace unionizing, a technical expert an manager with equivalent experience were paid comparable salaries, but the gap between them has widened every year since unionizing.
