I'm not, but I do. It's a prohibition against using the name Yahweh when casting a spell or pronouncing a curse. "God damn you" may come close to crossing the line, but "Oh my God," "God but you're ugly", and other casual references like "Jesus.......learn to read" fall well outside the intention of that particular Mosaic commandment. |
