I got about 20 geese and a few ducks sitting in the back yard,
shivering. If they wouldn't crap on the floor, I'd invite them all in.
But I think I'll just toss them a bag of corn and turn on the heater in
the water trough.

I was going to head down to the Bay later for a look, and to see what
the charter boats were bringing in but...to hell with that. It's the
kind of day that makes one one wants to head for the Bass Pro Shops
superstore at Arundel Mills Mall.


I hear ya man! Just checked weather.com and they are reporting the 'feels
like' temperature of 55 in my zip code. With the wind, I am guessing it is
probably much closer to 50.

In any case, we are heading out by boat later today for dinner with the
neighbors and then scope out the local docks for the ever elusive snook.
Looks like we will have to pack the long pants and maybe a thermos of
coffee. In any event, going boating sure beats just talking or thinking
about it.
