Maybe Herring takes all this newsgroup banter a bit too seriously. After
all, I tease NOYB mercilessly, and he does the same to me, but I'm sure
we'd have a good time fishing together, or hanging out on the dock. I've
met Herring once and seen him several times; he looks to be about as
much fun as lower intestinal gas in a space suit.


Maybe if you bought some camo fatigues and saluted he'd feel more at home.
