Subject: Two coats of varnish. . .
From: Here's a minor tip for your next project: If you want a matte finish, use clear gloss for all coats except the final one. Multiple coats of the matte or satin varnish tend to obscure the grain too much. Here's a better one. **** can the matte varnish and use a one part poly for your interior wood.
