Clive Cussler novel.
Just finished a fun novel by Clive Cussler. Our hero, Dirk PItt, used
a 25 ft. Parker w/ 275 Yamaha OB as a salvage vessel on Lake Michigan. Sound familiar?? Happy boating ============ Norm |

Yup, I admit I like to read comic books. At least years ago. If I still
had those books that cost 10 cents, I could buy a couple of Lobsta boats. I guess you do not like Batman, and Spiderman movies, or books. Or most any other movie out there. And Jet airliners can travel at 175 knots. They do it every day they fly. I read all kinds of books. Maybe you ought to try it. And I am even getting a Gameboy Advance to kill time on long airplane trips. So I even like kid games. Growing old is not an option, growing up is. I figure I'll learn by studying your fine example. The only nice thing about wrapping it up for the winter is that you don't have to look at it again until spring. Actually, Mrs. E. is still up north, wrapping up her "purchase" and enjoying the beginning of the holiday season with the kids and grandkids. I got bored and decided to drive the landyacht down to Jupiter by myself and then fly back for Christmas, only to return again shortly thereafter. I made the big mistake of trying to drive via the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel. After 12 hours getting there, they wouldn't let me cross due to high winds. Got to Jupiter today at 1 pm. I forgot how nice it is here in the winter. Eisboch |

It gets cool at night - air conditioners get a rest for a few months. Days are typically in the mid 70's throughout Dec, Jan, and Feb. with no humidity. By the second or third week in March, it starts to get warmer with slowly increasing humidity. It was interesting driving down I-95 and seeing some of the remaining effects of the hurricanes. The 14+ year old "pup" is still alive and kicking, which is another reason for our temporary independent travel plans. The day is coming very soon, but Mrs. E. can't bear to part with him until he begins to suffer. She has three of these Westie dogs, two males and one female. The female (Molly) is 3 years old and is a hoot. The two males, (Major and Minor) are both old timers at 14 years, but still act like puppies most of the time. Major (the sick one) is the alpha and Minor, who I swear is retarded, is emotionally attached to Major big time. We decided that I should take Minor with me on this trip so it won't be a big shock to his emotional well-being when the day comes that Major bites the dust. So, Minor is with me and has decided that I am his new best friend. He is also the one that jumped up on the doorsill of the landyacht last year while I was pumping gas. His paw hit the electric lock button and locked me out of the RV with the keys inside, with a line of cars behind me waiting to get gas. He knows what it's like to have a near-death experience. "K. Smith" wrote in message ... I assume the pup is gone?? commiserations to you & Mrs E. K Thanks, but it's premature for commiserations. The 14+ year old "pup" is still alive and kicking, which is another reason for our temporary independent travel plans. The day is coming very soon, but Mrs. E. can't bear to part with him until he begins to suffer. Sorry I misunderstood, thought you weren't going till ..... but hey that's great news. Love it!!! a minor problem really & I suppose he was totally entertained by all the fuss:-) He knows what it's like to have a near-death experience. I bet you didn't!!! I bet you were just as amused as he was:-) as were "some" in the line. Glad Major is still the major dog. You know that while you're there Mrs E is regularly visiting her GB don't you, just to sit & look at it; I would be too:-) K Eisboch |

westcoast nutter, you asked how I got so stupid. First off I didn't join any
chicken**** outfit such as the af. Second, I did join Mensa as a young man, figuring I might get my hands on a belly dancer by the name of Moracco who spoke seven languages. Third, I never spent time in the cereal bowl (everything that ain't fruits and nuts is roughage) sf. btw, when I did meet the beautifu belly dancer I found I really did not like her. I spent less than sixty seconds with her before I turned and walked away, seven languages or not. I turned down Mensa as almost all those I met were not people who I wanted
to associate with on a regular basis. And if you can get done wiht a belly dancer in 60 seconds, I understand why you have gone blind.
