Default Fishing The Carolina Coast

Greetings All,

After seeing all the (OT) posts that have nothing to do with fishing, I
thought I might post a link to a site that is ALL "Fishing The Carolina
Coast"

http://www.fryingpantower.com

I pull news feeds from USCG, All the fisheries committees, NOAA, NCDMF,
NCDENR, NMF,CAMA,NTSB along with a few of the Conservation Groups like
Greenpeace, CCA, CBD, RFA and package it up in a easy to read format then
toss in Forums, Chat Rooms, Downloads, Classifieds, Recipes, Photo
Galleries, Today in history, Event Calendars and a few surprises and misc
goodies.

Owed and operated by a Full Time fisherman, FryingPanTower.Com is a great
site that is all FISHING....ALL the time.

Stop by...Check it out...Register if you like...Say Howdy.

Catch'Em Up,

Captain Dave

Well, I would, but...it's like a really long ride from Watch Hill to
the Carolina coast, you know?

Bring that beast of a truck down here next season, and we'll tow Yo Ho
down there.

Kewl.

Really. I don't have a tow vehicle that's up for the job, but my trailer
certainly is...It's about a five to six hour drive from here to some
really terrific ocean fishing off the NC Coast.

Capt. Dave is in my back yard.... lets go for it, guys.... I'll buy
the beer!

Bet my 23 footer is as big as Yo-Ho.... wanna spread out and have a
ball????

Hey, Don? Ya Game?? Anybody else???

Sounds like fun - let me check my schedule.

Later,

Tom

Yo Ho, a 25 footer, measures nearly 32' from pulpit to platform, and is
a full 9'6" wide amidships. Actual usable boat size probably is just a
tad bigger than your GW.

'Ya got me by 3" of beam and about 2 feet in length.... not as obvious
a thought as it seems... many newer boats with molded-in transoms
measure whatever they measure.... non-molded transom models measure
whatever they measured *plus* the motor bracket and the pulpit.

Anyhow, Don? 'ya crazy? Or just trading up to a Hatteras?

Eh,

I tend to get a little crazy every now and then, but I keep thinking
"its just too much boat" for me. But usually by Spring, I decide
to keep her "just one more year"
