I have often silently wondered the same. Should we not have covertly backed
Saddam until he exterminated *all* of radical Islam? Although the US stock market rose after the election, the US dollar TANKED compared to other currencies: The Canadian dollar rose over a cent compared to it in one day, and it's still going up.
