Thanks all. I want a simple manual switch. If I forget to turn that
one off, I don't belong on the water. ;-)

I have a set up with 2 batteries using a Guest selector switch. I can
choose either battery or parallel both. And shut both batteries off
while I'm away. Works just fine...
