I think you are confusing two different panga companies. The link you posted is
to the Panga Fishing Boat company which makes their boats here in the US as I
recall.

The Panga Marine boat company here in Sarasota
(http://www.pangamarine.com/aboutus.htm)
is the one that imports (from Mexico as I recall) it's boats and rigs them
here.
I have seen the local pangas and they seem like well built boats. The guys who
do the rigging do good work. And a friend of mine bought one for use at his
house in the Bahamas and is very happy with it so far.
