After the Bremmer report, in which he says that non only did Saddam
NOT have WMD's, but that he, BY HIS CHOICE, didn't have them, BushCo now says that we went to war because he MIGHT have had the ability to share information with terrorists. Now THAT'S a great reason to go to war! Every country in the world MIGHT have the ability to share information with terrorists. Even the world's scariest terrorist, Bush! |

In Duval, about 22,000 presidential ballots were uncounted because of double
votes and 5,000 because no presidential vote was recorded. That's the problem with a "punch card" ballot. Don't like the way somebody voted? Punch a second hole for a second candidate in the same race, after the voter leaves the building. Joila. No more "wrong" vote. To save time, you can even pass out ballots with the hole for GWB pre-punched. The votes of folks who intend to vote for GWB aren't efffected, they simply push the stylus through an already existing hole. The po' dumb folk who don't see the many advantages of a right wing reactionary in the WH? Thier votes for the wrong candidate are tossed out, "sorry, two holes punched for president." |

I guess there is no safe way of voting.

You reckon that's how Clinton got in, Chuck?
John H No, but I've always had a tough time believing that 27,000 people- all living in the same county in Florida- were dumb enough to vote twice for POTUS when there probably weren't 2700 people in the entire rest of the country combined who made the same mistake. Are Floridians just particularly stupid? And all the most especially stupid just happen to live in the same county? I think not. |

Gould,
The elderly in Palm Beach County explained to the news what the problem was. A democrat was passing out cheat sheets to tell the elderly how to vote. The cheat sheet had an error which caused the double votes. The democrats controlled the election board in Palm Beach County, if we buy into your paranoia, they did a **** poor job. PS - . Where did you facts about the 2700 in the rest of the country? "Gould 0738" wrote in message ... You reckon that's how Clinton got in, Chuck?
