So where's the lie?

You hire a local hooker.

She discloses that she has herpes, but you decide there isn't any evidence of a
current outbreak and decide to proceed with the encounter.

Shortly thereafter, you discover that she had, and now you have AIDS.

Where was the lie? After all, she admitted she had herpes, and she did.

Very weak standard, NOYB.

(But then again, if a guy didn't have a weak standard- he wouldn't have to
resort to hiring hookers.........just kidding!!)
