Finally discovering proof of the Saddam/terrorist link means it's curtains
for Kerry. Yeah, we're much better off with a guy who sets off on a wild goose chase and then hopes to beat hell that he can find *something* to justify it. Odd that documents like this turn up just now, from a "non-appointed" source in the Administration, isn't it? But not surprising. |

Gould,
You forget, Kerry was on the intelligence committee, reviewed all the same info that the Administration saw and come to the exact some conclusion and voted to give the administration the authority to go to war. The intelligence committee reviewed all the information that the Executive Branch chose to share at the time. By carefully selecting the information available to Congress, the Administration could, and did, maniuplate the outcome of the commitee deliberations. |

Clinton was the CIC while Kerry sat on the intelligence committee. So you're saying that bubba manipulated the data? I can believe that. |

Yeah, I admit I believed for a moment what the POTUS was saying. Bush wasn't even mentioning Saddam publically back in October 2001...but you were. So I ask you once again: What was the reason for your belief back then? |

@hotmail.com says... I concur. Besides, Kerry is a lying scumbag. (Or have I said that already?) Boy, you're a quite a judge of character. I suppose you think Bush is a lily white truth teller? Man, you're drifting a ways off your "no spin zone." You're spinning faster than any of the hurricanes that passed through Florida. jps |

Newman, who isn't smarter than either of them, who is arrogant about his ignorance, who is reckless and incompetent, and whose backers are turning the United States into a pariah. What, me worry? |

Yes, this was Herring's biggest bitch in quitting the Washington Post. As long as the unnamed sources agree with his point of view, it's no problem. Herring's clearly losing brain cells and the synapses aren't firing like they used to. jps |
