Now, now Taco. Don't confuse Doug and his fellow comrades with facts.

OTOH I wonder what percentage of people living in mobile homes are voting for Bush. Again, the ANES is not interested in either political party, they are just trying to track long term political trends. I found a number of interesting studies on their web site. However, even if (and it's not proven yet) they have made study such as you claim, then that is evidence but hardly proof. Meanwhile, spin on! DSK |

Gould and Doug would prefer to use their gut feeling instead of the
University of Michigan's long term study of voters trends and attitudes. After all if the voters actually thought instead of relying on insults and slander they would vote the democratic ticket. Gould actually thinks his gut feeling is more accurate than U of M study that is used and analyzed by hundreds of Universites. " jim--" wrote in message ... Now, now Taco. Gould and Doug would prefer to use their gut feeling instead of the
University of Michigan's long term study of voters trends and attitudes. Don't know about Doug, but Gould learned a long time ago that you can find a study to support *any* conclusion. I was listening to a radio show today in which an author was discussing a previous book "What's the Matter with Kansas?" This author has done an extensive study that shows that much of the Republican support comes from working class whites who routinely vote *against* their economic self interest to be on the "Godly" side of the "big four": (God in school, guns, gays, and abortion). The author had a convincing study that showed the higher a person's income, the *less* likely they were to support George Bush. I could do the research to creat a link, but then we'd have dueling websites, or dueling studies. Proving nothing. If you cannot express your own opinon or form your own thoughts, then I suppose the thoughts and opinions of the University of Michigan are as good a substitute as any. |

Tell me what your thoughts and opinions concerning the Republicans being
better educated and informed than democrats? I think that if you keep that up long enough you'll go blind. |
