so, schlack which is it? an anchor is SUPPOSED to move (so it doesn't break the chain and/or deck chocks), or it is not supposed to move (and so does break the chain and/or decks chocks under certain storm conditions)? Jox's oxygen deprivation has removed his ability to understand the difference between something that ideally would not move, but does move in the real world.
