Gould,
Don't you hate it when a democrat looks so stupid. ; ) It looks like stupid people are involved with both parties. "Gould 0738" wrote in message ... Sounds like Bob Morris thinks God is a democrat and that God has smitten those who vote incorrectly. How could he be so wrong? We all know that God is a Republican (according to Pat Roberts, Jerry Falwell, etc) and that Satan, not God, will smite the US if it elects John Kerry. (Dick Cheney). |

That is such a loaded question.

That is such a loaded question. The democrats of course. Nah, it'd be top posting republicans. After all, it's the republicans who automatically follow whatever their leader tells them, and NEVER, EVER question the party. That right there tells me that they, for the most part, can't think for themselves. |

The National Election Studies conducted by the University of Michigan shows
the average education level of Republicans is substantially higher than democrats. If you go to their web site, you will the study is not an endorsement of either party, it is a very scientific study to track long term trends in US politics and voters. They make no judgment on either party or those who vote for one party over another. The ANES survey conducted by the University of Michigan http://www.umich.edu/~nes/overview/overview.htm About 36% of Republicans graduated from college while about 28% and 23% of Independents and Democrats, respectively, graduated from college. About 59% of Republicans made over $35,000 a year while only 50% and 35% of Independents and Democrats, respectively, made over $35,000 a year. Again, the ANES is not interested in either political party, they are just trying to track long term political trends. From the Diane Divers Blair Center for the Study of Southern Politics and Society, which does not support either party and is only interested in studying Southern Politics. They too agree with my premise. http://plsc.uark.edu/arkpoll/fall99/party/PAGE4.HTM "Adherents to the two parties in Arkansas had different levels of education, with the Republicans being more educated. Roughly, 23% of the Democrats and 21% of Independents possessed a college degree; 39% of Republicans had graduated from college." "The state's Republicans are also wealthier than their Democratic and Independent counterparts. Almost half (47%) of the Republicans surveyed stated they had a household income of over $35,000, while 37% of Independents and just under a third (31%) of the Democrats had incomes over $35,000." Do you have any proof that " .. it's the republicans who automatically
follow whatever their leader tells them, and NEVER, EVER question the party." Do you have any proof that republicans follow their party line anymore than the average democrats? The facts show democrats on the average have less education than republicans, are less successful financially than republicans, and are less informed and educated on the current political issues than the republicans. I have documented this proof with unbiased studies conducted by colleges in an effort to understand US politics, not as an endorsement of any party or candidate. Like Gould, you are pulling crap out of your ass, and presenting it as fact. As far as my top posting, I do that because I use OE for a newsreader. It is also very common for those affiliated with either party to top post. Talk about someone grasping at straws. "basskisser" wrote in message om... They know they are going to lose. They are desperate. It is actually quite
funny to read their posts. "Taco Heaven" wrote in message news:dl_4d.149088$3l3.45521@attbi_s03... I was surprised when Gould told me he did not want to discuss facts, but
wanted to discuss my opinion on who was less educated and who was using more negative ads in getting out their message. I was surprised when Gould wanted to argue the fact that just because Republicans have more formal educated it does not prove they are more intelligent, because if they were more intelligent they would be voting for Kerry. He wanted to dispute the fact that those with more formal education were more inclined to become informed voters, vs voting based upon 30 sec ads and quick sound bites and strictly based upon party affiliation. It shows that Gould has allowed the fact that it appears that Kerry will lose to get the better of him and he is putting the blinder on very tight. " jim--" wrote in message ... Gould,
When I looked at the people at each convention, it was obvious that there was a big difference in the crowd. The Republicans looked professional. The democrats looked like the average Joe 6-Pack, many looked like they didn't graduate from high school. When they played the music between speakers, the Republicans looked stiff and awkward trying to dance, the democrats were having a ball, dancing and enjoying themselves. If I wanted to go out and party, I would definitely want to go out with the democratic crowd. If I needed some professional services, I would want the Republican crowd. It is obvious that the democrats go out of their way to appeal to stupid people. "Gould 0738" wrote in message ...
