Windline boat ladders--- holes match??

Windline boat ladders--- holes match??

Has anyone replaced a Windline TDL-2X (two step) ladder with a TDL-3X
( three step), and if so, do the mounting holes match up. I can't get
one to compare without buying it first (online), and ruler measuring
is too iffy to be exact.
