But because some pure food from unpolluted waters might do just a bit to
help clarify your often fuzzy perspectives.
Can't e-mail fish, so send me an address.

(will be holding my breath) :-)

One of those articles deals with an oil spill in the Columbia River three or
four years ago, and the rest are about "Puget Sound". There is very little
commercial fishing done in Puget Sound, which is an inland estuary of the
Pacific Ocean. Nice try though, and being from back in the mudwets, nobody
would expect you to know any better.

I realize where the Puget Sound is. I don't know where you live though
other than somewhere in Washington. So I took a shot and was wrong. So
shoot me.

The point is that just about every major waterway in the US is polluted to
one degree or another, your area of the Pacific being no exception. ;-)

As usual. You do nothing but make wild assumptions, with no basis of fact.

Priceless. An asshole who lives in the Cleveland metro area casting
aspersions on coastal areas of the country...

Cleveland!!!

Hehehe.

Looks like a pretty active commercial salmon fishing site to me Chuck:

http://www.seattlesalmoncharters.com/fisheries-news.htm

But I guess the pollution in the Sound has caused a decline in the salmon
population:

I would rather boat and swim in fresh water. The Great Lakes provide that
opportunity for millions of folks who have the same beliefs.

So what are you doing to stop the increasing pollution in the Chesapeake Bay
Krause? It looks like it is pretty polluted and a pretty nasty place to
have to boat or swim (yuk).

Skipper?

The last guy I remember who went on some tear about the pollution in various
parts of the country, (as if it could be deemed a personal insult) was,
Skipper.
