What does one do with pork belly, I mean other than eat it? Not sure I ever have. Pretty good stuff. When we were in New Zealand, they even had pork belly pizza. Think bacon, with out the cure. Well, that helps. When we buy bacon, we buy uncured bacon...we think it tastes better. It is still a cured, just different. |
