1/2 the price of brisket. Pork belly cost more than cured and sliced
bacon.

What does one do with pork belly, I mean other than eat it? Not sure I
ever have.


Pretty good stuff. When we were in New Zealand, they even had pork belly
pizza. Think bacon, with out the cure.

Well, that helps. When we buy bacon, we buy uncured bacon...we think it
tastes better.
