What I don’t understand these days is pricing. I can buy corned beef for
1/2 the price of brisket. Pork belly cost more than cured and sliced
bacon.

What does one do with pork belly, I mean other than eat it? Not sure I
ever have.


Pretty good stuff. When we were in New Zealand, they even had pork belly
pizza. Think bacon, with out the cure.
