there. It may be irrelevant whether or not he was struck. There is plenty oflegal precedent for charging perpetrators with murder even if a crimevictim dies of a heart attack during a struggle.

The silence is deafening. The fact that the medical examiner didn't
find blunt force trauma seems to blow the story that he was killed by
the fire extinguisher and I haven't seen any official source say
homicide. The same with the woman who was supposed to be "trampled to
death". I would not be surprised if tear gas was a contributing factor
but a lot of these people did not look like they could walk to the
Capitol from where they had to park.

He himself said he wasn't hit with a fire extinguisher.
