It may be irrelevant whether or not he was struck. There is plenty of legal precedent for charging perpetrators with murder even if a crime victim dies of a heart attack during a struggle. He didn't die during a struggle. He collapsed in his office. Moreover, the website ProPublica offered a different explanation. It quoted Ken Sicknick, whom the site identified as the late officer’s brother, as saying that Brian Sicknick had communicated with his family and never mentioned a fire extinguisher attack. Sure makes one wonder hew the liberal media came up with their accusations. -- Freedom Isn't Free! |

It is really starting to look like all of the deaths were natural causes except the woman who was shot. We are also not hearing much about the "use of force" investigation is going in that case. |
