....cares more about people than he does about himself...
President-elect Joe Biden’s inaugural committee on Tuesday advised Americans against traveling to attend his swearing-in ceremony and related activities next month, instead rolling out initial public health protocols for the quadrennial event and previewing a “reimagined” parade. The committee said in a news release that it was working “in close coordination” with the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies “to ensure that the inauguration … honors and resembles sacred American traditions while keeping Americans safe and preventing the spread of COVID-19.” The committee also revealed that Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris plan to take their oaths of office on Jan. 20 at the Capitol — the traditional site for the swearing-in — and that Biden will deliver an inaugural address. “The ceremony’s footprint will be extremely limited, and the parade that follows will be reimagined,” the committee said, adding that it was “urging the public to refrain from any travel and participate in the inaugural activities from home.” -- Bozo Bin resuscitated...John Herring in there, along with Bert Robbins, 452471atgmail.com, Just-AN-Asshole, Evangelical Tim, and Gunboy Alex. It gets him out of explaining why nobody would have showed up anyway. He didn't win because people liked him. His only attraction is he isn't Trump. |

Sans COVID, the inauguration turnout for Biden would have set records, unlike the paltry turnout for Trump's inaugural. People *like* Joe Biden, and they have for decades. They like him so much he was rejected as a presidential candidate 3 times. I agree the bankers in Delaware like him. That is why he was the "Senator from MBNA" I'm sure "he's not Trump" was a motivator for many to vote for Biden, and Biden beat Trump by 7,000,000 votes, a modern landslide, so there were many factors underpinning Biden's victory. Trump was, is, and shall remain an ignorant, hate-filled, flaming asshole whose "base" voters are just like he is. Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin could have beaten Trump and the same people would have voted for them. |

Obviously, you don't understand the term "landslide," either. Trump's vote in 2020 was almost 10 million higher than Hillary got 4 years ago so there was something else going on. |
