just a formality although, apparently, Fretwell the Libertarian
Republican Trumpster, is hopeful for a different outcome.

I will say this is one of the few EC votes without a rogue elector or
two. Some were making a political statement, others just ****ed up
like the guy who voted for "John Ewards" (sic) in 2004 on both ballots
(pres and VP).
