The Repubs brought the court cases, ergo, they picked the courts... Was not referring to just the Republicans. To court shopping in general. Why are so many class action suits taken to Texas courts? Not all courts are equal. |

Is it lucky to default on a payday lender loan, and have to have a judgement placed against you for more than the original loan? |
