will do as well as some other political appointee or some GS11 in GSA.

I agree with your other thought. Why not get private companies who
move goods for a living to do this? I certainly wouldn't trust a
political hack like Cuomo.

Is BK bankruptcy court? If Fat Harry learned something from his
lifes failures, I might be inclined to pay attention to his
comments. But since he repeats his mistakes over and over again
you have to come to the conclusion tha he doesn`t know what he is
talking about.
