Larry Kudlow gave a very comprehensive summary of what was in the bill. It does *not* include giveaways to corporations. It does include funding (loans) to keep small businesses going and that those loan obligations will be forgiven once we get past the virus emergency. Unfortunately this politicking is keeping people from getting help. OTOH maybe mitch could tack on the Hearing Protection Act when he hits it back down the hall. I really think Nancy wants it to have so much **** in it that Trump has to veto it. I saw plenty of off topic **** when I was scanning through it. |
