Well, not really, but...I finally figured out a temporary fix for a
shooting-related annoyance.

I have three suppressors for my firearms, but not one for each. For the
9mm's and .22LR's, I switch the suppressor from firearm to firearm.

The annoyance is the thread keeper/muzzle device that protects the
threaded muzzle when a suppressor is not affixed. These are only screwed
on hand tight so they remain easy to remove. Problem is, the pass-along
impact from shooting the firearms with the thread keeper attached
loosens the muzzle device.

The answer...plumber's silicone tape. Keeps the muzzle device tight,
each to remove.

I'm such a genius I should run a Trump Charity.

I've never heard of silicone tape. Did you mean silicone calk?
There is a product that does exactly what you want. It's called
"lock tite" or generically "thread locker. Just don't use too
much or the wrong type if you intend to disassemble the piece.

Meant teflon tape. Locktite is not something I would use for the purpose
described, even the non-perm variety.
