This is just too funny. Sadly, New Orleans these days isn't worth a
fly-over. It never recovered after the hurricane disasters, and most
of the best restaurants and shops never re-opened. Tens of thousands
of people have pulled out, never to return. The downtown "tourist"
area, which used to be interesting, if a bit sleazy, is just filthy.

Perfect place for Herring to visit! Maybe a waterfront river rat will
make a meal of him.
