It is sold! Got the check a couple days ago. Should clear without a problem, as I know where the
buyer lives!

And, I actually made a handsome (20%) profit on the sale! Yippee! Surprising what a little effort
can accomplish when it comes to fixing up an older boat.

Don't forget to report the capital gain on next years taxes. You
